Ang Auto Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of directors in their meeting held on August 27, 2007 has decided the following: (1) Recommended a Final dividend for the year 2006-07 @ 20% on Equity Share Capital ( Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid up) of the Company, subject to the approval of the Members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. (2) Annual General Meeting to be held on September 27, 2007.
