Amtek Auto Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on November 24, 2014 have considered and approved recommendation of Dividend to its equity shareholders @ 25% i.e. Rs. 0.50 per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2013-14.
