Alok Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that Industrial Development Bank of India Limited (IDBI Limited), have sold 17,84,257 equity shares of Alok Industries Limited during the period October 29, 2004 to January 31, 2005. The mode of sale is through open market and the shareholding of IDBI Limited after the said sale is 16,65,404 equity shares of the company.
