Advanta Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 29, 2016 has appointed Ms. Pragna C Mankermi as Whole-Time Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Advanta Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company have approved the following by way of passing a circular resolution dated March 31, 2015: (1) Appointment of Mr. Jaidev R Shroff as Vice Chairman of the Company w.e.f. March 31, 2015 (2) Appointment of Mr. Hardeep Singh as Chairman of the Company w.e.f. March 31, 2015 (3) Appointment of Mrs. Pragna C Mankermi as Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. March 31, 2015

Advanta Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors, by way of resolution passed by circulation on March 22, 2014 has approved, the following : (i) resignation of Mr. Manoj Gupta from the office of Manager of the Company with effect from March 22, 2014.(ii) appointment of Mr. Arun C. Ashar as Whole-Time Director of the Company for a period of three (3) years with effect from March 22, 2014, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. (iii) appointment of Mr. Deepak Vohra as an Independent Director of the Company.

Advanta Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company has accepted resignation of Mr. V. R. Kaundinya as Managing Director of the Company and he will hold office till December 31, 2013. Mr. V. R. Kaundinya will continue to be on the Board of Advanta as Non-executive Director. Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors of the Company have appointed Mr. Manoj Gupta as "Manager" of the Company within the meaning of section 2(53) of the Companies Act, 2013 for a period of 5 years with effect from December 31, 2013.

Advanta Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. Claudio Torres is appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Advanta and he will start to work with effect from October 01, 2013. Claudio, an MBA from Tulane University, USA, has rich and varied experience of 23 years in the International agricultural inputs/ seeds industry. Prior to joining Advanta, Claudio was working with Monsanto managing seed businesses in various leadership roles in several geographies.

Advanta India Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on November 10, 2010 have considered and approved interalia, the following : (1) Approved the resignation of Mr. H.K. Agarwal as Company Secretary and Compliance Office of the Company; (2) Appointed Ms. Pushpalatha Katkuri as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. November 16, 2010.
