��Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the trading in the equity shares of Adhunik Metaliks Limited shall be withdrawn (delisted) w.e.f. November 17, 2020 pursuant to Resolution Plan approved by NCLT under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

Adhunik Metaliks Limited has informed the Exchange that Record date for the purpose of delisting is June 18, 2020

Adhunik Metaliks Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from September 15, 2017 to September 25, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on September 25, 2017.
