Abg Shipyard Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2011 has proposed a dividend of Rs.4/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each ( @40%), subject to approval from the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

Abg Shipyard Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 29, 2010 has proposed a dividend of Rs. 4/- per share (@40%) on the equity shares of the company, subject to approval from the shareholders at the forthcoming annual general meeting.

Abg Shipyard Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 19, 2009 has recommended a Dividend of Rs.2.00 per Equity Share of face value of Rs.10/- each (20% on the Equity Capital), subject to approval in the Annual General Meeting.

Abg Shipyard Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on June 10, 2008 has recommended a Dividend @20% (Rs.2.00 per share) on the Equity Capital of the Company, subject to approval in the Annual General Meeting.

Abg Shipyard Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on June 18, 2007 has recommended a dividend of Rs.1.50 per equity share of Rs.10/- each (15%) for the year ended March 31, 2007.
