ABG Shipyard Limited has informed the Exchange that Western India Shipyard Limited has filed a petition in the Hon'ble Bombay High Court at Goa seeking sanction to the Scheme of Arrangement and Compromise between its secured lenders, shareholders and ABG Shipyard Ltd as Confirming Party. Further the Company has informed the Exchange that the Hon'ble Bombay High Court at Goa, has vide its order dated January 15, 2010 sanctioned the said Scheme of Arrangement and Compromise.
