Aditya Birla Chemicals (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on January 28, 2011 has approved the withdrawal by IDBI Bank Ltd. of its nomine Mr. Sunil Chandra Mathur from the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f November 04, 2010. In consequence of that, Mr. Sunil Chandra Mathur is no longer in Board of Directors of the Company, Aditya Birla Chemicals (India) Limited, w.e.f. November 04, 2010.
