3i Infotech Limited has informed the Exchange that the dividend if declared at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting which is scheduled to be held on July 29, 2011, the dividend payment date will be July 30, 2011.

3i Infotech Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on April 22, 2011 has recommended dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share of face value of Rs. 10/- each.

3i Infotech Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on January 24, 2011 have approved the payment of dividend of Rs.160.10 lacs for the period November 01, 2010 to January 31, 2011 on the 6.35% Preference Shares of Rs.5 each.

3i Infotech Limited has informed the Exchange that: "At the meeting held on April 25, 2007, the Board approved the following subject to shareholders approval: a) Recommendation of dividend of Rs.2 per share; b) Increase of Authorised Equity Capital from Rs.1,500 million to Rs.3,000 million; c) Issue of Bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1; d) New Employees' Stock Option Scheme, 2007".

3i Infotech Limited has informed the Exchange that the BoDs of the Company at its meeting held on April 19, 2006 have recommended a dividend at the rate of Rs.2.00 per share subject to the shareholders' approval.

3i Infotech Limited has informed the Exchange that the board at its meeting held on April 22,2005 has recommended the full and final dividend on 51,002,841 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at the rate of Re. 1/- per share for the year ended March 31,2005, which will be paid on approval by the General Body Meeting. The Company has further informed that the date of Annual General Meeting and the Book Closure date for the purpose of dividend declaration would be intimated later.
