Syndicate Bank has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on January 09, 2014, has approved payment of Interim Dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share (25%) for the year 2013-14, subject to bank obtaining notification from Government of India exempting Public Sector Banks from the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949. Further, the Bank also informed that, interim dividend will be paid on January 28, 2014.
