POLARIS CONSULTING & SERVICES LIMITED has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2015 have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 15 (i.e. 300%) per equity share of Rs.5/- each of the Company for the financial year 2014-15 to its shareholders out of which interim dividend @ Rs. 5/- per equity share (i.e. 100%) of Rs. 5/- each was declared by Board in its meeting held on March 19, 2015.

Goa Carbon Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of directors of the Company at their meeting held on April 30, 2015 has recommended a dividend of Re 1/- per equity share of Rs 10/- each subject to the Approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

IDFC Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2015, recommended payment of dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2015 at the rate of 26%, i.e. Rs. 2.60 per share, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
