Tata Consultancy Services Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 18, 2016 have recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 27 per Equity Share of Re. 1 each of the Company which shall be paid on the seventh day from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
