Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on May 17, 2016 have recommended dividend of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five Only) per Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 50%) on 8,87,80,856 Equity Shares.

Voltas Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 17, 2016 have recommended Dividend of Rs.2.60 per share on face value of Re.1 per share (260%) for the year 2015-16, which will be paid on or after September 02, 2016 subject to approval by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.

Timken India Limited had informed the Exchange that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on May 20, 2016 to consider and approve, inter-alia, Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31 March, 2016. The Company has now informed the Exchange that at the said Board Meeting, the Board of Directors is also expected to consider a proposal for recommendation of dividend on equity share capital of the Company.
